Activity 1

Activity 1: 

Ask your child to complete the blank hundred square (resources below) or write down the numbers 1-100 in their exercise book. They should not use their hundred square to support them unless they are struggling with more than 3 numbers in a row. Encourage your child to think about what is one more than the number they are struggling with. If they are still finding it difficult, count on from the nearest 10 for example, if you child can't remember one more than 24, start counting up from 20 and they will be able to work it out this way.
