See you all soon! It's been an emotional day at Haynes today but we will see you all soon. Keep an eye on this home learning page please.

Stop Motion

Still image for this video
Today in Year 3 we have been using Stop Motion to do some animation! The children have loved it and it would be a simple way to keep them occupied as well as doing some sequencing for Computing!

We used the Stop Motion app on the iPads, you can get it on phones and android devices, play-doh and our imagination!
Here is one we put together for you guys to see.

Naples research task

Spellings for over the next 2 weeks:

w/c: 17/03 - /g/ sound as /gue/. Examples include, intrigue, plague.

w/c: 23/03 - /k/ sound as /que/. Examples of this would be, antique, unique.

MyMaths

I have set a few MyMaths tasks for children to have a go at. I will keep updating these, I can't take off the 'due' date but please ignore this. We are due to move onto topics they have not covered yet so please do not expect them to master parts of Statistics and Measurement as we have not yet fully covered these.

If you are self-isolating at the minute, all of Year 3 are wishing you the best and we will see you all soon!
