Joe Wicks (The Body Coach), will be holding free 30-minute PE classes every weekday to help children keep active whilst they are at home. 

This live workout is called 'PE with Joe' and can be found on his YouTube channel 'The Body Coach TV'.


I would strongly recommend completing these PE classes each day. Although we only have PE lessons twice a week, your child has 15 minute breaks in the morning and afternoon and an hour over lunchtime to run around outside burning off all their excess energy. This will most likely not be happening as often at home, so the PE sessions are a great way to help your child stay active.
